About Us

Daisy Training was formed in 2011 to meet the support needs of students in receipt of Disabled Student Allowance (DSA) in the South West. We have grown year on year and now have NMH Support Workers available to support students Nationally. We also provide support for Access to Work clients in England and Wales.

We are committed to providing good quality, consistent tailored one to one support to students, ensuring they make the best use of the support allocated to them. Our Consultants are fully qualified to support students with disabilities and mental health issues in education and engage in Continuous Professional Development. Our philosophy has always been to behave ethically and respectfully to both students and to our NMH Consultants who support them. We demonstrate this through our use of honest, open and clear communication with Consultants and students alike.

Daisy Training respects and recognises the unique professional skills and extensive experience needed in supporting students with disabilities in Higher Education. We acknowledge the value that this important role brings and we pledge to offer some of the highest rates paid for NMH Support Workers in the sector. This benefits both workers and students, ensuring that we can attract and retain well qualified, experienced support workers ensuring the highest quality support provision for our students. We offer training and support where needed, to ensure that students receive excellent quality support. We firmly believe that a company is only as good as the people who work for it.

We are currently looking for experienced and committed support workers to join our team for a variety of roles supporting students across England, Wales and Scotland. If you are interested in joining our growing team, please call us to discuss opportunities, or send your CV or a bulleted list of your experience in an introductory email.
